Diandra Shafer
Founder | Real Estate AgentDiandra Shafer is a dedicated Connecticut real estate agent and a Stratford native who grew up just over the bridge from Devon, spending plenty of time in neighboring Milford and throughout the Valley as well. Her deep familiarity with the local communities helps her guide buyers and sellers with real insight into the areas she serves.
Before entering real estate, Diandra spent many years working as a waitress, where she honed her interpersonal and communication skills. That experience shaped her client-first mindset and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Today, she brings that same level of attentiveness, patience, and care to every client she works with.
Diandra is known for being someone who genuinely cares about the people she helps. She not only advocates for her own clients, but also regularly assists other agents in the market to ensure transactions move smoothly and everyone involved has a positive experience. Her goal is always to create a supportive, honest, and professional environment for buyers, sellers, and fellow agents alike.
Outside of real estate, Diandra enjoys staying active and prioritizing fitness, horseback riding, and shooting pool. She also loves spending time at the beach, especially at Silver Sands and Walnut Beach, taking advantage of the beautiful shoreline the area has to offer. At home, she shares her space with her two orange tabby cats, Hamburger and American Cheese.
Her love for the local community and passion for helping people are at the heart of everything she does, and she takes pride in helping clients find the right place to call home.
Christian Janes
Apprentice | Real Estate AgentChristian brings a strong work ethic and a diverse background to our real estate team. He started working at a mechanic shop at 15 years old as a tire technician, where he also gained experience assisting with brake work and oil changes. He later worked in the service industry at Crave in Ansonia which is now Uptown, spending a year as a server and barback, developing strong communication and customer service skills.
Christian spent time pursuing electrical engineering in college before shifting his focus toward real estate. While preparing for his real estate exam, he worked in landscaping, continuing to build his discipline and hands-on work ethic.
Today, Christian works closely with our team managing and calling Zillow leads for Cody, helping connect buyers and sellers with the right opportunities. He also runs a side business editing videos for YouTubers, bringing creativity and strong digital skills to the table.
Outside of real estate, Christian enjoys playing guitar, training in mixed martial arts—including Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and kickboxing—video editing, hiking, and skateboarding.
Christian joins our team as a real estate apprentice and sales professional, where he’s focused on learning the business, supporting clients, and helping people navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.
